For the fourth consecutive year, THALIS had the honor of being the Major Supporter of the Municipality of Heraklion’s School Recycling Marathon.

A total of 75 schools and 15,640 students joined a shared mission: to turn recycling into a daily habit and environmental awareness into meaningful action.

With enthusiasm, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility, they “ran the race” and achieved a new recycling record across four material streams!

At the award ceremony held at the Heraklion Cultural Conference Center, we had the pleasure of presenting awards to the students and schools that stood out for their achievements.

Our warmest congratulations to the Municipality of Heraklion, the educators, the parents, and, above all, the young “Marathoners”, who through their active participation and commitment have become true ambassadors of recycling.

THALIS will continue to support initiatives that foster environmental awareness and help lay the foundations for a more sustainable future.
