The object of the project is the construction of the WWTP of Kissamos

The WWTP includes the following stages:

  • Pretreatment Unit, which consists of:
    • The Entrance Well
    • The Consolidation projects
    • The ventilated Sand Collector - Grease Collector
  • The Parshall type Supply Meter with measuring equipment
  • Biological Processing Unit, which consists of:
    • Distribution Shaft 1 to the Aeration Tanks
    • An Aeration Tank
    • Distribution Shaft 2 to the Sedimentation Tanks
    • A Sedimentation Tank
    • The Recirculation and Excess Sludge Pumping Station
    • Sludge Treatment Unit, which consists of:
  • One Sludge Thickening Tank
    • The thickened  sludge Pumping Station
    • The sludge Mechanical Dewatering Building
    • Sludge storage and loading transport equipment and other equipment
  • Disinfection Unit, which consists of:
    • The Chlorination Tank
    • The Chlorination Complex
    • The Dechlorination Complex
