The supply includes:
- The construction of a pre-thickening tank with an active volume of 40 m³.
- A sludge dewatering unit within a 40” container, where all the required equipment will be installed.
- The unit will be equipped with an odor control system.
- Dismantling of equipment, demolition of concrete structures, and restoration of the geometry and watertightness of existing tanks.
- A compact biological treatment unit with ultrafiltration membranes (MBR) providing a flow rate of 200 m³/day. The unit consists of three self-supporting prefabricated treatment tanks and a housing structure where the service equipment will be installed. The housing structure will be constructed from metal elements and polyurethane panels.
- Infrastructure works and networks.
- A 12-month trial operation period.
- Two enclosed pre-treatment units, each with a capacity of 45 m³/h. Each unit includes screening, sand removal, and grease removal. The unit will be equipped with an odor control system.
- In the existing biological reactor, two new additional horizontal surface aerators, four flow guides, and one submersible centrifugal pump for the removal of excess sludge will be installed.
